Login to web interface not possible Smart-UPS On-Line - SURTD5000XLI Incompatible with this APC OS

Hello Everyone,

Since today the UPS of one of our customers doesn't allow login to the web interface any more with the error 'The Application Is Incompatible With This APC OS'

I've taken the liberty to update the firmware of the management card since it seemed to be fairly old. Now I have 6.6.4 installed. Look below for model number and versions. I've tried resetting it to defaults with keeping ip information but that did not help. After that I have used format to completely wipe the configuration but it looks like the IP configuration is still there.

Can anyone advise me on how to further troubleshoot?
