powerchute fails authentication with NMC

hi all

im trying to setup powerchute but the authentication with the NMC keeps failing
i get the following error

The security details provided do not match the settings on NMC(s): xx.xx.xx.xx

im using the default username and password, apc/apc

and the authentication phrase has been set correctly on the NMC and then added to powerchute.

the authentication phrase was set under configuration -> sync control
i assume this is the only place it needs to be set?

i can browse to both NMC and powerchute management pages.
