I'm having difficulty resetting the password on an SRT10k unit. I'm using the "console" serial connection with the correct cable to my computer. I'm using hyperterminal to communicate at 9600 baud and I do get the login sequence. When pressing the "reset" pin, two or four triple "equal" bars show up (symbol for exactly equal) and there is no flashing red/green as expected.
Is there a modified procedure for the internal NMC on the SRTs??
