AP7831 - IP Address In Use (When it is not)

Trying to apply an IP address to a brand new out of the box AP7831. The utility detects it on the network but when I try to apply the required IP I'm told that the address is in use when it is in fact not in use.

Any ideas.

Current fw on the unit is 3.7.3

great. FYI for everyone else, the new 3.0.3 version of the wizard fixes this error when received on newer operating systems, due to the change in the way newer operating systems handle 'ping' responses.
