Thank you for the information. From the ISX central, if you right click on the unit and select launch to device does the unit's webpage come up? If not, can you attach a computer to the subnet and try to go directly to the unit over a web browser? This will require getting a ip address on the subnet for your computer and opening a browser and typing in the unit's ip address in the browser.

Does the cooling unit have any errors on the front screen of the unit? If there are, what do they say? Also which device are you looking at this unit from (ISX Central, BMS)? Can you get the model number of the cooling unit so we can identify which one it is?
