Hello, everyone!
I need help communicating with the UPS model E3SUPS15KF. The Modbus register on the website is not compatible with the data I am reading on ModScan. As you can see, I establish communication on register #1, but the Modbus register indicates that I should read the points in another address range.
Can you please help me? I've been trying to solve this problem with Schneider's support for 30 days and haven't gotten a response.
