I have a Smart UPS 1500 XLM that is showing:
Critical Alarm 1 Critical Alarm Present
* Site Wiring Fault
This error has been present for a couple of weeks, since the UPS was turned on in this facility, with no observable ill effects.
How do I reset this error?
Will it reset automatically once the error condition is resolved?
There have not been any new entries about this problem in the event log. I cannot tell if the problem has been fixed.
The UPS is in a CLEC on the other side of the US from me, so I only have network access to it.
What do you wise folks recommend?
Thanks

Unfortunately the only troubleshooting can come from directly in front of the UPS.
With that, I'd recommend reseating the NMC and reseating the Power Module.
