Solved: error on startup on SUVTPM20KH

Since 2 days my UPS is a fault on startup.

it displays : (system error detected by the control.)

and supply the load by bypass.

I don't know what to do. please help

Was this started by APC? Where is this message coming from? Do you have any logs from the onboard management card?

If it was just started up, we'd suggest contacting support in your local region to address this. I can't tell what's wrong by your description.
