When I try to see the UPS after renewing the license, I get -

"Cannot remotely control the UPS device's input sensitivity as SmartConnect access is not enabled on your Smart-UPS."

You’ll need to provide a lot more context and information if you want a solution. Provide the following information either from the LCD, NMC, PCSS, SNMP, Smart Connect: UPS SKU, Serial, Event, Data, UPS Logs.

Based on the limited information provided I’m going to assume you’re using APC Smart Connect?!?

If so this error message indicates Smart Connect Control is not enabled. Given you have not provided any relevant information I’ll simply provide you a few resource links that may relate to your APC UPS SKU:

There are other methods which are specific to the model year and production. As such you see why knowing the product SKU is important!

NOTE: Features are dependent also on the Smart Connect Subscription Plan you have. As such fully understand the limitations of the basic vs advanced subscription.
