email notification test option in the smartconnect.apc.com portal
I recently created an account in the smartconnect.apc.com and have setup the email notifications but do not see an option to test the notification to make sure the email is getting sent. is there a way to achieve that in the smartconnect.apc.com site?

As of this writing there isn’t a simple email test feature! 🤦♂️
The current work around and break fix is set up different conditional alerts. For example loss of AC Mains so disconnect the power and see if the email arrives.
You can also disconnect the RJ45 Ethernet cable to validate a loss of connectivity to see if that works too.
Disconnect the Anderson cable from the RBC and wait for the system to declare a battery disconnected error / fault etc.
