We have a 120 kva ups , the device is off when I on Q4s key this error appear:
CC board fault
CH board valid
Error code 1-1-5
Please help me what can I do?

Hi Sara,
Check two flat cables on MIZN board for loss connection:
1- Flat cable between MIZN and DALIN (XML10-XMB16)
2- Flat cable between MIZN and ALIN (XML09-XMA07)
If they are ok i think you must replace MIZN board. After replacement you need UPS TUNER software to setup UPS.
