can not install software on APC Back-UPS 1500

i can download the software but it will not let me install it.. Not sure why.... i have seen other ppl on post talk about having the same issue.. Any ideals on what the issue is.. this pc too is a brand new pc.. about 2 months old Almost forgot this is on windows 10

Which software version have you tried to install? Back-UPS work with PowerChute Personal Edition.

Are you receiving any error messages?
