caiberation issue in APC smart ups SRUT 10KVA

HI



Today morning i attend a call. This 10KVA smart UPS. We found it was calibration problem. i can Try to do calibration through Hiperterminal link.
It's first time i do the calibration in 10KVA before i have experience in 5KVA..



At time of calibration when i press CAPS Y SM will come, After i was press 1 it not go to program mode i try to press 1 one more time after second.
But still no reaction curser only blink

please help to shutouts this issue

Can you tell us the exact SKU of the UPS that you are using? What kind of calibration are you trying to do with the UPS? Are you trying to change some values on the UPS? Also, did you check if there was a network management card installed on the UPS? If it does have a network management card, you ca access its interface and run a runtime calibration from there.
