battery runtime is 0 with newly installed batteries

I have this problem with a SUA3000 and a SUA2200.

The load is 20% on the 3000 and 30% on the 2200.

The battery charge leds are blinking.

Low battery signal time is at 3 minutes.

Could you please send me instructions on how to correct this.

we have the same problem: SUA3000i, new batteries installed. Load is 18%, displayed "runtime remaining" ist 9 minutes.
Called our regional service hotline, but the was not able to tell us the batterie constant.
Are you able to send me the batterie constant for the SUA3000 (should be the same as for the SUA3000i)

I've read a few threads reporting similar problems and noticed there are references to a terminal procedure to update them. I'm OK with this solution. Could you please PM me the instructions? Thanks. Rui

I recommend you to call in your regional Customer Care Center for adjusting the battery constant in your UPS. They can walk you through the steps to adjust the constant. If they are not able to help you with this adjustment, I will be happy to help you with the instructions.
