Hello,
The faults appeared in the unit are as follows:
-System configuration fault:
This event will appear if the system cannot be configured successfully, and the system will after this be locked until reboot. (The load cannot be turned on). The system startup event for system configured successfully or system configuration fault is always the first new event entry in the log after the controller is powered up.
Check and change the configuration to the system if needed.
-battery backup memory fault
The battery backup memory is declared faulty during system configuration, and the system is locked until reboot. (The load cannot be turned on). Note: the backup memory will always be declared faulty the first time the controller is powered up.
we recommends the PM firmware to be updated to version 7.18 and reinitialize the PM and check if the fault still appeared ,the SR needs to access the PM service port to ensure the serial number and configuration parameters are properly utilized
If all are set and the same issue appeared then PM controller might had a logic defection and requires the entire PM to be replaced
Regards,
Karim
