Dear,

It is possible that the batteries are not fully engaging the battery back plane. Check that battery units ( SYBTU2-PLP ) are seated correctly into the XR frame. You should hear a click sound when they are fully engaged; otherwise reseat all the batteries taking care

1. Operator pushes the battery module inside the frame.
2. When the module reach's the end springs in the Anderson connector gets loaded.
3. Drop down of the module takes place (Click in the front) and this holds the module from traveling back due to spring force.
4. Spring force engages the Anderson connector to the back plane.

Battery Not Present alarm when battery is installed: Please check for Mis-alignment of the battery backplane,

Check for BMB card LEDs/station address , XR comm cable connections for miss wire, missing terminators, and or faulty cat 5 cable.
Check for faulty BMB by swapping the BMB positions. If issue changes location then BMB in question should be replaced.

If no batteries are showing as connected here are some starting points: Verify that there are leds on the BMB's. If there are no lights lit then it could be the result of a PSU problem In addition, check the status of internal battery cabinet fuses. Remove the MIM. There are two communication channels to the battery cabinets and the Powerview displays only the battery monitoring from the IM that is in control. If there is a breakdown on the MIM side you will not be able to communicate to this cabinet. This is typically the result of a failed XR Comm card

XR Terminators:
Please note that the XR Terminators must be installed per the installation guide's recommendations or you may get communication errors / alarms. A terminator must be placed at both the beginning and the end of the communication chain. If no XR is present then both XR ports must be terminated.

Check for BMB card LEDs/station address (see diagram ), XR comm cable connections for miss wire, missing terminators, and or faulty cat 5 cable.
Check for faulty BMB by swapping the BMB positions. If issue changes location then BMB in question should be replaced.
you can contact your local CCC team to engage the service team to resolve this problem onsite
Regards,

Karim
