Power Module Foult

Good morning from Puerto Rico we have a problem with an APC system alarm that reads (Power Module Fault, Main Frame Mod:A6, Level 6 from top). Any reference to this problem in the documentation does not tell us what it might be or where to go. Thank you.

Is the UPS is Symmetra PX 2 ?The addressed Power module declared to be faulty,you can check the faulty PM raw status data from NMC or display and send it back ,probably this power module requires to be replaced
