Hello,
I followed this KB to upgrade my AP7721 (french model) :
The upgrade process was ok.
After reboot, I check menu dans saw 2 differents model name AP7752 & AP7721 in 2 different locations in menus, why ? :
Unit -> About ATS :
Model: | AP7752 |
Firmware Revision: | 2.0.3 |
Firmware Date: | 9/08/10 |
Hardware Revision: | |
Manufacture Date: | DD/MM/YYYY |
Serial Number: |
Administration->General->About :
Hardware Factory | |
Model Number: | AP7721 |
Serial Number: | 5A1203T14595 |
Hardware Revision: | 01 |
Manufacture Date: | 01/18/2012 |
MAC Address: | 00 C0 B7 92 FD 33 |
Management Uptime: | 0 Days 3 Hours 50 Minutes |
Application Module | |
Name: | g2ats |
Version: | v3.9.3 |
Date: | 01/25/2021 |
Time: | 20:17:41 |
|
using Filezilla, I can see these 2 files from root path :
apc_hw02_aos_394.bin
apc_hw02_g2ats_393.bin
Question 1 : is it a known bug ?
Question 2 : the main goal by updating was a strange value in input voltage to 107 VAC on both channel but the UPS says it's a normal 230V.
Thanks for help,
Vincent

No, this is not expected behaviour. I suggest you reach out to APC Technical Support to track this issue.
Please do circle back as to the root cause / solution once known. All of this assumes you followed the APC Resource Link as stated and it applies to your specific hardware.
They may suggest you factory reset the device and reload the firmware to see the results.
