Galaxy 300 3:1 30 KVA

Hello Dears

i have this galaxy 300 3:1 30KVA UPS and i have installed new battreys and all the inverter is working fine with main utility power line, but when the main line if OFF the UPS does not connected to the battreys, even their is no data in related to the battrey measurment that is the voltagee the current and  is not read on the screen in side the setting also when the battrey breaker is OFF their is no alarm showing, 

so can i have some tip to fix this issuse,

If the unit batteries are recently replaced ,then the SR needs to access the service port to adjust the battery parameters and modify the battery replacement date then perform battery tests to ensure the battery runtime constant calculations  is updated on the unit display
