hello
we have a smart-ups 15kVA it give me an error message with beeps
it display this message "bypass not avaible input freq/volt out of range"
in the log history i have this lignes
by pass out of range
bypass ok
....
to correct this i found in the troubleshouting manuel that i have to correct the input voltage to provide an acceptable voltage of frequency, but i dont know how
i'm not electrician so please help me to resolve this

You may indeed need to contact your electrician.
This means if your UPS goes to bypass when the alarm is a active, that it will not be able to because the voltage is too high or low. If this persists, you need to find out why your voltage is too high or too low or adjust your bypass transfer range settings. A good start is also to check the data log on your network management card to see what voltages are being recorded on the input.
