Wrong firmware was update

NMC: AP9619

UPS: Smart UPS 3000

however, my colleague pick up wrong firmware to upgrade.

(he pick the firmware for "Symmetra-LX-16000"

now, everything "looks" good.

but in WebUI, UPS tab, quick status : it cann't  detect the ups status

Lost Communication to the UPS

Then,

we try to re-update the firmware.

but always failed, bellow is the "result.txt" file

============================================

Before Upgrading the NMC the AOS is: ÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌĮ̀!è È

* Detected early version, two AOS upgrades required

Attempting to log in to 192.168.1.13 ... Log in sucessful

Loading OS, please wait ... Firmware download failed.

Attempting to log in to 192.168.1.13 ...

Could not log into 192.168.1.13.

Not all Network Management Cards were upgraded successfully:

  192.168.1.13: Could not log into the Management Card's FTP server.

Encountered 1 failures during upgrade.

=================================================

also failed if we try to use ftp command manually.  ( no any progress at all , even if we use try put to download config.ini)

And after reset factory default, still failed.

this means NMC ftp functoin is broken ?

Any solutions for this ?

Thanks!

When you log in via FTP, please let me know what the version says? Does it say something like "AOS v3.7.3 FTP server ready" ?

When you log in via FTP, does the ls command work (that is an L, not an i)? Have you tried from multiple computers?

I'd like to focus on manual FTP so any screenshots showing what was done or what errors you see after submitting commands will be helpful. This should be a simple fix via manual FTP to the correct AOS/APP file.
