Hi,
Yes. You can update the Java version being used without uninstalling. The 2 options are
1 - To upgrade to a system wide Java version download and run the PowerChute Java Upgrade utility. System wide Java version = Java used by other application that has been installed on the system.
2 - To upgrade private Java version run the PowerChute installer and upgrade the Server and or Agent to a newer version. Example: When PCBE Server version 9.0.1 is installed it will use private Java version 6.19. If the Server is upgraded to 9.1.1 it will now use private Java version 7.25.

Hi,
Software PowerChute Business Edition has the following versions:
I downloaded the installation package of the PBE from the official website (http://www.apc.com/resource/include/techspec_index.cfm?base_sku=SMT1500RM2U&tab=software).
PowerChute Business Edition server was installed and configured earlier.
We use a Java from the installation package:
java version "1.6.0_19"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_19-b04)
Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 16.2-b04, mixed mode)
On one of our servers running another version of Java:
java version "1.7.0_25"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.7.0_25-b16)
Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 23.25-b01, mixed mode)
Bug with incorrect displaying time events reproduced on all servers.

We have attempted to recreate the issue with no luck. Tested 2 server both had the Moscow timezone. Both Console and Agent show the same time for both event and data logs.
Would you uninstall and reinstall Agent 9.0.3, Server 9.1.1, and Console 9.1.1 After doing that check on the Console scheduled shutdown screen when monitoring a 9.0.3 agent. What time does it say is the current time at the Agent? Do they match?

I checked the matching agent and console logs and now their data match each other.
I suppose that a possible reason may be setting Daylight Saving. We have this setting is disabled. Switching from winter to summer time and back not performed on all computers of our domain (earlier last Sunday in March in Russia Executes daylight saving time - now it does not). Perhaps in APC software used Daylight Saving Time changes?

Thanks for the update.
There is a know issue with older Java versions that caused time to display wrong in the Moscow timezone and daylight saving time. My thinking is that the PCBE Server version 9.0.1 was / is pointing to Java 1.6.0_19 that would have the Java issue and the Agent version 9.0.3 would have been pointing to Java 1.7.0_25 that would not have the issue. You indicated Agent version 9.0.1 showed the same issue so I am not sure what was causing the issue.
Again, thanks for the update.
