Which Battery?
I am new to using/working with these devices, so please excuse any ignorance. The unit is a smart ups 3000xl. This unit has one battery pack or "set" of batteries, but it also has an external battery back that has two more of these "sets" of batteries. The replace battery indicator light is illuminated, and I am trying to determine which battery is in need of replacement. I know it is probably best practice to replace everything at the same time, but my boss would like me to pursue this first. I have looked at the manual and online, but cannot find anything or if it is even possible. Any ideas/insight?
