What is UPS compatible with EXSI and does a shutdown for All VMWARE

Hi,

Both PowerChute Business Edition and PowerChute Network Shutdown offer graceful shutdown of VMware ESXi. The supported UPS with PowerChute Business Edition is any Smart-UPS connected to the ESXi host via serial cable with PCBE installed on VMware vMA. See the PCBE Install Guide, PCBE ESXi User's Guide for assistance. 

PowerChute Network Shutdown is compatible with any Smart-UPS or Symmetra that has a Network Management Card install and on the local network. There are 3 options for graceful shutdown of ESXi with PCNS. 1 - install PCNS appliance on the host. 2 - install PCNS on VMware vMA. 3 - install PCNS on stand alone Windows server.
