Our Smart-UPS SRT 5000's are getting a distorted waveform that is causing email notifications (10+) at the time of the incident. The electricians on staff say that there isn't anything wrong with the power but I'm not convinced. Could someone provide me a bit more information as to what could be causing this?
My apologies if this is posted in the wrong section.

Hi David,
Since the SRT5K can handle a large input voltage range, you will most likely see this message when you are inputting a different voltage than what you have the output voltage set to. By default, the output voltage of the UPS is set to 208V, but if you are inputting much higher voltage, most commonly 240V, this message is common.
You can also see this message when the frequency is out of range, +/- 3Hz. The default frequency is set to 60Hz.
Can you please provide a copy of the event and data logs for me to look over?
Regards,
Nicole

I've attached the event and data logs for both UPS in that rack, but as a note while going through them we have monthly generator tests which could be why we are getting those distorted wave forms. Also, if you wouldn't mind also taking a look at the events on 10/17/2016, we had a very obscure power event while trying to set the IP of the UPS. Our whole VM rack went down after the UPS were mysteriously commanded to turn off. We really don't want this to happen again as it took some of our systems down for multiple hours.
Thanks,
David
