Hello,
Model: Smart-UPS SRT 5000 (SRT5KRMXLI)
UPS Firmware: UPS 04.7 (ID1013)
NMC2 Firmware: 7.2.2
After i change the time in the Date/Time Mode Settings from the NMC2 WebGUI, the WebGUI is inaccessable.
Only a Hard Reset of the NMC brings the GUI back.
What i did:
- Change only the timezone = inaccessable
- Change the Date and time (manual) = inaccessable
- Setup a NTP server = inaccessable
Also with the newest NMC firmware (7.2.2) it is the same outcome.
Any suggestions? Is it because of the old UPS firmware? Has the UPS firmware something todo with the NMC settings?
thanks and regards
J

If you view the date and time on the LCD Menu and compare it to the NMC 2 are they the same?!?
Provide the following logs for review: Event, Data, UPS, Diagnostics.
Remove any relevant (PI) data to insure privacy / security from the diagnostic log.
