Duplicate Device ID
Gentlemen, good morning.
My name is Rômulo Miguel, and I have been working in the building automation field for one year, as well as using Schneider products for the same period, so I’m still a beginner.
Recently, while adding a controller to my automation server, I accidentally configured it with the same Device ID as another controller that had already been added, which caused a duplicate ID conflict. After noticing the mistake, I tried to access the MPC-24A controller using the Building Commissioning Tool software to correct the ID; however, I’m unable to change it because the system reports that the controller is hosted.
I believe the solution is simple, but at the moment I’m not sure how to proceed. Could you please guide me on the proper way to resolve this situation?
