Can the APC BN650M1 battery be used without doing anything to the Voltage Sensitivity Adjustment?

You can leave the voltage sensitivity in the default medium setting if your area has clean and stable power. Doing so balances how often the unit will go into battery only mode and thus extends the battery service life.

Which is rated from 2-5 years based on usage, temperature, and environmental factors.
