Purchased 6-3-24 - software on smart-ups says subscription # is
2829862149AE
I can't remotely access my Smart Ups SMT750C through my local network. I purchased this through Schneider on the internet for a 1 yr plan, and my software says it expires June 2025, but it appears i'm unable to use it?

You should reach out to APC Technical Support to help resolve the issue. Log in to the Smart Connect portal to confirm the subscription is one year you purchased and registered vs the free six month trial while using the code from the sticker on the UPS case.
As an aside there is no local network access on the UPS hardware that use the APC Smart Connect - Cloud Portal Service. ☹️
If your unit had a Smart Slot you could install a NMC (Network Management Card) and forego ever relying on someone’s else’s cloud based service! 🤦♂️
You can however in the interim use the APC PCBE / PCSS Software to connect and make basic changes on a Windows computer system.
