Hi all,
I have a SURT6000XLI with an AP9619 network management card, which seems to work, i.e. I can connect to it via telnet, set it up and so on.
There are two problems:
How can I solve these two problems?
Thanks

Log into the card via telnet go to #2 Network then #6 Web/SSL/TLS and verfy #1 Access is Enabled and that #3 HTTP Port is set for 80. Once HTTP is enabled you should be able to access the card via web.

Since the UPS has a network card I recommend not use PowerChute Business Edition. You should use PowerChute Network Shutdown for OS shutdown and use the AP9619 to manage the NMC/UPS.
In most cases the reason the PowerChute Server does not discover the PowerChute Agent is because there is a mismatch of the user name and password entered when installing the Server and Agent. They must match for the Server to be allowed to discover the Agent.
To resolve the issue, uninstall the Agent and then reinstall using the matching user name and password. If that does not resolve the issue please read Kbase FA159590 for assistance.
