Using a network and usb connection simultaneously

I have a SUA2200RMXLI3U and I was wondering whether it was possible to connect to a device with a network card and a separate device via usb simultaneously.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to have a network management card and USB/Serial communication working at the same time.
