Urgent!!!Please Help

My APC7921 cannot connect via IP. I can used my laptop log in system by using RS232. But I cannot ping the APC IP and canonot connect via IP. Anyone can help me?

Did this ever work properly? if so, what led up to this incident?
can you access it via telnet (or SSH) or FTP?
have you tried to access the PDU from a different computer? from a different browser?
can you try a direct connection via network between your laptop and the PDU (making sure you set your laptop network settings manually and using the same network settings?

Also, please tell me which LEDs you see (and what color and if solid/flashing) on the RJ-45 network jack on the PDU.
