Good day.
I have just purchased a AP9630 UPS Network Management Card 2.
I have fitted it to a SUA3000R2IX38
The default firmware of the AP9630 was AOS v5.1.3
I was able to see the ups, the load and all other options.
Using the Firmware upgrade utility V2.20 I decided to upgrade the firmware to the latest Version 6.5.0
The upgrade happened successfully, however.
now the management card reports "Lost Communication to the UPS"
Please advise on what I need to do in order for the card to detect the UPS.
Thank you in advance.

Good day I solved this problem.
The firmware i loaded was incorrect. in the search feild I wearchd by product it comes up with the firmware for the SY by default the Smart UPS firmware is not listed. only if you change the search feild to firmware. changing the firmware to Smart UPS solved the issue.
