Hello,
I bought a used SUM3000RMXLI2u and it works fine. The seller is a dealer who buys old equipment in bulk from companies.
UPS works fine but I have no user /pw. I tried standard user / PW (apc/apc) using hyper terminal however it does not accept. I have smart signalling cable using DB9 connectors. Cannot access the NMC card either.
How can I change the password and access the UPS? Any known procedures or help is required.

I checked and the UPS has AP9619 as NMC Card,
I managed to find the following solution to reset the PW. It worked perfectly.
