We have the Powerchute Appliance 3.1 and i can login via console and to the appliance management web view on port 6547. But not into the web interface on port 5480 i just get "account locked out" error.
Is there anyway to do this without it shutting the network down etc?

Ben,
You can stop and restart the service using this command /etc/init.d/vami-lighttp stop | start or you can restart the Appliance. The command to restart the Appliance is init 6 The OS will restart you access should be available.

Bill,
Restarting the service or the appliance won't cause a shutoff command or anything.
This is the first time i've used a powerchute device and i've inherited it with nothing.

Hi,
No. Neither will cause a shutdown of the UPS.
