Unable to download PCPE 3.0.2

Hello all!

This is my first post, so I hope I am posting to the right section, but I cannot download the PCPE 3.0.2 software (or 3.0.1, or any other version for that matter) from the website. All the ftp download links are broken to me, even after registering for a personal page. It is not browser-specific; IE cannot download them either, nor can Windows Explorer. I cannot confirm if its OS specific because I am a college student and only have 1 computer, but I am running Windows 8 Pro. Can I get a download link for 3.0.2? I should also clarify that I CAN access the ftp site, but NOT the software download links listed through apc.com.

Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
