Unable to clear maximum number of web connections reached error.
I have a number of APC UPS's in use. Every so often when logging in via a web browser I get "Maximum connection reached" error:
Normally the solution is to login via telnet and delete the open sessions that have got stuck:
This has always worked in the past. However, I have a UPS that refuses to delete the seesions via telnet - it gives an error each time. The only difference seems to be the session numbers - they are 5 digits as opposed to the normal 1 or 2 digits:
How do I delete these sessions so I can get web access back?

Rebooting the card should clean them out. If it does not, reset the card to defaults and then reconfigure.
NOTE: the screenshot shows the card is running firmware 6.4. You should update to 7.0.8. Below is a link to the firmware.

Hi, thanks for the reply. Can I reboot the card remotely without affecting the equipment powered by the UPS? The reason I ask is that the site is difficult to access and it won't be until January sometime I can get there. Alternatively I'm guessing I do anything I need using telnet including looking at the logs etc. until I can get on site? Also sounds like I should be upgrading all the firmware at all sites - I haven't done that since the equipment was installed in 2018. I'll do that the next time I pay a visit to the sites.
