It is about a UPS Schneider Electric Galaxy 300 3:3 10kVA Model: G3HT10KHB1 S/N: UJ1828000294 with an AP9630 Network Management Card 2. In our VMware 7.03 environment I have installed and configured the appliance PCNS_en_4.4.3. However, the PowerChute setup fails and reports after about 3 to 4 minutes.
Error registering with the Network Management Card(s).

I still have checked all the recommendations from "Network Management Card Troubleshooting"
But I don't know how to check the firmware version of the NMC? But there was a service this month and the technician has updated the firmware.
