USV
Hi!
I am not sure if I have configured my ups correctly:
Runtime is 42 minutes.
Low battery duration is 11 minutes
Shudown Delay is 180 seconds.
I have 3 servers.
Exchange which is highly critical server and needs 11 minutes to shutdown.
My file server is somewhat critical and so is my backup server. They need 5 minutes to shutdown.
Should I set PCNS on my exchange server “On Battery” shutdown after … 30 minutes ?
And the other servers default. ???
Thanks in advance.

DK,
The problem you may run into is that this is not a static load. Just because you have 42 minutes remaining on battery now, does not mean that if a power demand on the UPS increases when on battery, you will have 42 minutes there.
What you would want to do is throw this into a test environment with all regularly attached equipment and watch what the NMC reports. Chances are at some point during the 11 minutes, there's going to be a fluctuation of output power by the UPS, resulting in a quick decrease in runtime, which may shutdown your Exchange server or other devices prematurely.
