UPS turns itself off every 4-5 days

Hello everyone,

We have a Smart-Ups X 1000 and every 4-5 days the UPS turns itself off. It must therefore be turned on manually via the on/off button. 

In the log we can see the following messages :

2022-06-01 - 22:29:42 - On Line (Green Mode) - Exited

2022-06-01 - 22:29:42 - PowerChute Agent outlet turning off (by external entity)

2022-06-01 - 22:29:42 - Monitoring Stopped

The UPS is connected via USB to an HP Proliant server with Windows server 2022.

There is never anyone in the offices when this is happening.

Has anyone had this problem before?

I recommend you turn off green mode. From the LCD panel of the UPS go to Configuration - Green Mode - Disable. The check the Event Log to see if the UPS recorded outlet group off at the time PowerChute recorded it.
