UPS showing Battery Capacity maximum to 86%

My Schneider APC Symmetra UPS 160 kW is showing battery capacity maximum to 86%, I have checked all my batteries health with concerned vendor, batteries are in excellent condition but UPS never shows 100% Battery Capacity on Struxure Ware Central Software

Hi,

Can you provide the full event.txt, data.txt and config.ini log files from the UPS? I'll take a look and see if I see anything there to tell me why this is. If I don't see anything, I'll suggest you contact your local/regional APC support office for this type of UPS. Below is a link to instructions on downloading log files.
