Dears kindly i need a help as i just got an alarm shows that
(( An input voltage or frequency problem prevents switching to bypass mode ))
and on the screen i saw this message
(( Bypass Not Available , input out of range ))
so kindly assist me to solve this problem ...

It means you had an input voltage or frequency go outside of a specified range so if the UPS had to go to bypass while the alarm was active, it would not be able to.
