Hello,
We started to get alerts on friday morning, code 0x019A for two cartridges. A day later on saturday morning we got an alert cleared then we immediately started to get alerts 0x012C for the two cartridges.
The ups keeps sending the same 2 alerts (one for each cartridge) for the same date/time. I’m not sure it means this was a single event or does it mean the temperature is still above the threshold?
It’s a bank holiday weekend so no one is on site. We suspected our aircon might be down but other systems in the same room are reporting normal temperature.
What should be our next point of action?
thanks!
