UPS sending alerts UPS: The battery power is too low to support the load; if power fails, the UPS will be shut down immediately.
Hello,
We have an APC x 1500 UPS that is continuously sending the above alerts. However, when you go onsite it shows the batteries 100% charged and only a 34% load being drawn from the UPS.
Any ideas what would be causing this would be appreciated.

Show me the serial number and battery installation date. Provide a screen shot of the runtime with the current load and the tab for on battery shutdown.
