We have several APC UPS throughout our building on different circuits and occassionally they will all alert all at the same time "UPS on Battery" and then immediately flips back to "Power Restored". I'm tryring to determine more details about what is triggering this. Again, these UPS's are all around the building on different circuits. We have another team that uses a different UPS vendor on these exact same circuits and they aren't receiving any alerts on their UPS's. So I'm trying to determine if the APC alerts are false-positives or if there is a way that we could get more information about each issue.

What specific model UPS are these? Provide the event, data, ups logs for the systems.

They are all Smart-UPS 1500's. I see the option to download the Event log and here's the link. Because it's a .CSV, it wouldn't allow me to attach it here: https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/59pxu75hc7n4lr9ql4tvw/20250325T1330-eventlog.csv?rlkey=xga0oflls25lhn...
I don't see any options for data or UPS logs in the Smartconnect web console. Is there a different place that I should be looking?

You’ll need to obtain the logs from a computer running Power Chute Software such as PCBE, PCSS which you can than export.
If any of the systems incorporates a NMC (Network Management Card) than all three can be easily seen and exported.
Its quite obvious the APC Smart Connect doesn’t offer very much details when needed. 🤦♂️
Regardless, the model you stated is simply a generic name not the actual hardware SKU.
Its going to be like SMT, SMX, SRT, SMC, SURT, etc.
Ignoring all the above the problem you see is a combination of the APC UPS detecting a power quality issue. As such they are operating as expected to protect and supply clean filtered AC power.
As a test you can adjust the upper and lower transfer voltages along with the power quality setting.
From normal to low / High depending upon your specific power quality issues. Take note the power quality setting determines when the system will go into battery only mode.
Whereas the upper & lower transfer setting defines when the system will enter AVR Mode.
Read and understand the difference and the impact it will have on the battery cartridge and the service life before you wild Willy change the settings.
In the interim changing a few systems to test and validate will affirm everything I stated here. As you see the next time there’s another power quality issue those specific systems will not trigger an alert but the conditions will still be logged.
NOTE: The Data & UPS Logs are more important as they will indicate the actual input / output voltage, frequency, current, and battery capacity at various times.
Keep in mind you’re currently limited to the amount of information obtained because the service doesn’t support fine grain detail of (Data Events) because of storage limitations.
