UPS not visible after firmware upgrade management card 2

Hi,

After upgrading my UPS Network Management Card 2 on a Smart-UPS X 750 UPS to version 6.9.6 the UPS was not visible anymore. After downgrading to version 6.9.2 the UPS was visible again.

When i did the upgrade on a Smart-UPS SRT 5000 which has the NMC2 build-in the whole management interface application was not loading. After using putty and FTP it was possible for me to restore the management interface.

Does anyone know why the UPS' are not visible anymore and why the management interface get broke? Or does the firmware of the UPS' needed to be upgraded before the NMC2 recognize it?

As fare as i know both devices are supported with Network Management Card v6.9.6 Firmware Executable for Symmetra with AP9630/31 | Schneider Electric ...

I hope you guys can help me out.

The firmware you installed is for the Symmetra (SY) units, you need to install the Smart UPS firmware (SUMX):

Argh, that simple. I thought I had the right one, but apparently not. It explains a lot!

Used the firmware you provided and it worked like a charm.
