Continuous "Communication lost" messages
We've just bought and put into production one Smart-UPS SRT 2200 (SKU SRT2200XLI) (purchase date was 27/11/2020)
It is connected via USB cable to a server running Windows 2012R2 x64 and PowerChute Business Edition v10.0.1 is installed in it.
We are suffering from continuous disconnections and reconnections according to the Event Log page of PCBE:

We have seen this recent FAQ at https://www.apc.com/us/en/faqs/FA264735/ and, despite it is referred to PCBE v9.X, we have tried to do the suggested changes in the jre\conf\security\java.security file, with no luck (the messages keep on occurring every minute (or couple of minutes at most).
Is there anything else we can do? As I said, the UPS is brand new and is behaving like this since the first moment. The USB cable used is the one provided in the box.
