Hi team, I’ve 5 KVA APC UPS which giving alarms “Internal RCB disconnected” output off, how to resolve?

Do you have the exact model and serial number off of the unit? It would be on a small white sticker behind the front bezel.

Which particular 5kVA APC UPS are you using, can you give me the exact model number please? And considering the alert is battery related, could you let me know the age of the system and the batteries? Thanks.
