UPS for a little company

I have to buy a UPS and I'm going to a SmartUPS.
I only have to connect:

• 1  Dell server
• 1 or 2 PC
• 1 or 2 Raspberry
• 1 switch 24 ports
• 1 router

With an instrument I measured the values for about half a day and I detected these:

• V 219.5
• Amp 1.31
• W Between 255 and 261
• W Max: 330
• Power Factor between 81 and 89
• KW / h 1.5

VMWare ESXi 6.7 is installed on the Dell server with 7 VMs that turn off one after the other within about 15 minutes.

I then have 5 other PCs, each with its own UPS.
I would like to install Powerchute to control the shutdown of the main PCs, Raspberry, VMs and ESXi server.
Possibly I would also like to send a signal to the other PCs so that they can be turned off.

My budget is modest and I would like to stay under € 1,000; possibly around € 800 at the most.
Which SmartUPS model do you recommend?
