How fast does a smart-UPS 3000 acts when power supply fails?

I had a hole in power supply for 200 ms and UPS didn't notice it.

Here is an APC knowledge base article that should answer your question - which though will depend on whether you have an "RT" or similar model (online version) of Smart-UPS or a line interactive one (SU/SUA/etc model prefix).
